I bought this from Jack & Winn as a gift, i’m kind of annoyed at myself for wasting time stressing over other options first. This ended up being a really good pick, simple, stylish, and actually thoughtful, not one of those random last-minute gifts people can immediately tell you grabbed in a panic.
My friend really liked it and even asked where I got it, which made me feel like I finally got it right. The packaging was nice too, without trying too hard. I’d definitely buy from them again for birthdays or smaller gifts, i blame all the overpriced, boring gift sites for making this choice seem harder than it needed to be.

This was really easy to adjust, and it fits my kid well. It didn’t take much effort to get it set up right, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel good about the purchase.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because one tiny edge wasn’t quite as smooth as I expected, but it’s really not a big deal. Overall, I’m still happy with it and would probably order again.

My order ended up arriving later than it was supposed to, and the tracking didn’t really update much along the way. I kept having to check it myself, which got frustrating. I ordered a few embroidered patches from jackandwinn.com they came out better than I expected — which was a nice surprise. The stitching looks really clean, and the colors were close to the design I sent in. The patch itself feels sturdy too — not cheap or flimsy at all. Shipping was fine, nothing weird there. I’d definitely order from them again.

Got the tracking updates. Mostly fine. Just a little slow sometimes. Not a big deal though.

The sizing on this was pretty much right for me. It fit good and I didn’t have to do that guessing thing.
